Coronavirus Member Notice 3/18/2020
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused many concerns among all of us, so in response; Alabama River Credit Union is here to reassure you that the safety of "YOU"-the Member and Our Staff is a Number One Priority. We will continue to operate with Normal Business Hours-but in an effort to keep our staff as safe and healthy as possible, we will Close our Lobby Access effective 3/18/20 until further notice. We will have both lanes of our Drive-Up open and ready to serve your needs. We encourage you to utilize the Drive Up, Night-Drop, ATMs, Online Banking/Bill Pay, E-Statements Services etc. If you are not signed up for our Online Banking Services, Free Debit Cards or Free E-Statements- NOW- would be a great time to do so by visiting our website @ www.arivercu.com. All Member Services will continue to function as normal.
If you need more information, please don't hesitate to call us at 251-575-2921 (Mon., Tues., Wed. & Friday 8:30am-4:30 pm and Thurs. 8:30am-12:00 noon). Our Credit Union is set up online to receive ACH (Automated Clearing Files) 24/7-this means that if you have direct deposit-those items will continue to post as normal. To further reassure you, we also have the functionality to remotely operate this credit union from another location-if needed. We are here for you, to meet your financial needs to the best of our ability. We are Your Credit Union and it is our pleasure to Serve YOU. We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus Outbreak in our local communities and follow prevention guidelines as provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
